- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was told since I was renewing my license that I could fill everything out with the iPad by the front door. They told me it was faster. I sat there and was never called finally after everyone who was there before me had gone a third lady appeared. I asked the lady who had told me I could use the iPad and she didn't have the information. It was on the third lady's computer who had been who knows where. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Need to be more knowledgeable about out of state documentation. Had multiple issues with the documentation I brought. Would not accept any of my military documents or international passport. Had to keep going and asking another lady about most of my documentation being acceptable.I have been to many dmvs all over the U.S. & have never had this problem. Seriously I have gotten through a border checkpoint quicker & easier. Also rude that I came up before the lady called my number, even though it was displayed on the marque. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★After calling several times the wrong number, I was able to fine the correct number on here and got thru to Officer Nyiesha Nash who was so helpful, polite, and quickly gave me the infomation that I needed. I am not computer savey and had a very difficult time trying to find a Fax number for my DOT physical form to be faxed in to. Ms. Nash was such a BLESSING!!!
